I figured it out. Ray Tracing was on be default even though I have a 1070 ti. I turned it off and now my gpu is at 100% and hitting 100+

Its not a fresh install. GPU Temp is 60c and my CPU is 64c. Motherboard is ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING and EVGA 650w.

I am running a Ryzen 7 3700x and a 1070 Ti with 16GB of DDR4 Ram. None of my components are reaching about 70% usage. But I can't get above 70 fps in game. I don't seem to be thermal throttling or anything. I am running it on ultra settings as well. Any ideas to why I can't get above 70-71 fps.

I plan to just upgrade to the R9 they are suppose to release! Thanks everyone!

Yeah, I will probably wait. I just hope it provides a decent increase in performance and I don't waste my time.
