When I send someone an email in Google, is there anyway for them to figure out my IP address? Or even the area I live in? I've heard that if you use something directly from your computer like Outlook then they can, but if it's web-based like Google or Yahoo they can't, but I want to be sure.

So if I'm using Gmail I don't need to worry because neither account can be traced?
