    Yep, found blocking GTAV.exe in Windows Firewall stops the game from crashing. Obviously not a solution for online players, but at least confirms the problem is in Rockstar's borked netcode.

    Windows LTSC 2019 for me - so basically Win 10 Pro 1809.

    Interesting. I have the exact same problem with random crashes every 10-20 minutes in. Windows event viewer shows identical exception code and fault offset (0x0396bc55). I'm running with Ryzen 3700X rather than Intel, but have same GPU - GTX 970.
