Just a tip, orginizing your cables helps with airflow, so all your stuff can stay cool and last longer :) As for the problem, I can't really see everything from that angle, but make sure your graphics card's power connectors are plugged in. I think that GPU requires 2 6 pin power connectors...

Clear the CMOS, this resets your BIOS bacicly back to factory settings, to do this unplug the power cord, remove the battery located on the motherboard, hold down power button for 15 seconds to clear all remaining power in system then reinsert the battery and power up, what happens?

Okay, a good CPU cooler (if you have the money) will be a corsair h100i (liquid cooling). If you dont have enough money and have a tight budget a Coolermaster Hyper 212 evo might also do the job, because the Haswell CPUs don't really consume to much power, they don't really tend to overheat...
