So for now it looks that stand fixed the issue. Well "fixed". Patched it

if I put a little pressure on end of 3070 the front of pcb pops of the pci slot...

I put in 970 and isnt wiggly as much. I think the PCB on 970 is bit thicker than on that 3070.

I will try reseating 970. I told customer about the stand. We might look into it. The question is right now. Do I buy new motherboard? Or will that stand solve it. The story began with exhaust fan doing some noise. So he knocked on it. And one day the image was gone.

I switched it. Image is ok for now. I also took the computer and went for a walk - I feel that PCI slot grip on card is wonky, wiggly. Not sure how to describe it better :D

No, can try - but I have no reason to test it. I have no idea when the computer decides to not behave properly.
