Well earlier my mouse actually magically started working in startup repair and i went to system restore, there was 1 there from mid 2015 (even though i did one last week :/) Looks like im just gonna have to reinstall windows Thanks for your assistance

I got it into safe mode but it won't let me do a system restore. Apparently i need to activate something called system protection but when i tried to from services it just says i cannot so it in safe mode. :(

When i start windows normally theres just a really quick blue screen flash up.

They work when i boot up and i have the option to start windows normally or launch start up repair.

Ive already tried that and nothing. Also sorry for postibg it twice im on my phone, it must have glitched out. Ive also tried unplugging my mouse and headset so only the keyboard is in the USB slots.
