Alright so the weird power off issue went away when Ubuntu wasn't in the BCD but once I placed it back it came back. I have never seen this in any other duel boot I have done. Its like an on/off switch. I'll consult some other Ubuntu users unless u guys know more :P

Updating the bios kinda worked, but my BCD got corrupted so I fixed it and no ubuntu isn't showing up..... YAYAYAYAY

You should still be able to access bios no? Even without the graphics driver I am fairly certain that you should be able to see the screen at bios with the proper bios updates. Try updating your bios to get in there. Once you're in there I would just Install another WIN 10.

It is fairly old so I don't think it is UEFI BIOS plus I disconnected the HD to get into the BIOS nad while I did the KB didn't work and it wasn't UEFI either
