max budget is 700, and i did calculations based off the parts i found and i come out to about 630 and i also changed the cpu to a ryzen 5 3600x, and location is the US

I just found a 700 watt source, would that work? Or should I look into upgrading the whole pc, or if its easier what is the best gpu I can get that is compatible with my system if i upgraded to a 700 watt source
