I didn't OC through software, I did it in the BIOS. The reason I disabled nTune is because I know that it "can" overclock, and I didn't want it changing my BIOS setting.

I have a 2.2 GHz AMD 64 3500+, when I overclock to 2.4 GHz in the BIOS using the uGuru Utility for my Abit motherboard, the computer will start up at 2.4 GHz, but then over the span of about 20 seconds, the clock will gradually drop to 2.2 GHz (I watched it drop using cpu-z by CPUID). I thought...
