Hello! Ive some problems with my cpu overclocking. When i enter my bios, and try to oc my cpu, its stuck on 39 per core. When i type in number, for example 49, it just stops at 39 per core. Can someone pls explain me why this is happening? I really appreciate any help ! :D 4770k h80i water...

I found the solution! There was a cable that was hidden behind my motherboard, that i forgot to plug in! yeah sounds stupid, but i thank you all for answering. I appreciated it a lot !
