i've got msi gaming 5 mobo and it has 3 case fan 4 pin connectors which i have used up for 3 fans so i was wondering if i can use the slots that say CPU fan1, Cpu fan 2 for case fans.

also my cooler has to be caught up with two holders in order to be steady and i've noticed that it was only strapped up to one of them, so i kinda balanced it out and strapped it with both holders and now it is somewhat steady i think.. but I haven't tried playing anything...

i just checked the thermal paste and it seems to be partly dry so i guess ill be needing to replace that... but it's strange how this is what is causing all of this since it all started happening when i changed my GPU...

so, i was just testing something out. i had my gpu and cpu temp monitoring software up.. whilst i was in game for about 10-15min cpu temp reached up to 59'C max and gpu temp went up to 60'C max however i kept my cover open and i kept touching the cpu cooler which was getting hotter and hotter...

just checked if the cooler is steady. It's hardly even moving so I don't think that it's unseated.
