    Any time a computer turns it self off its a hardware issue thats step one. Step two is I would get a replacement PSU from Antec or Corsair or another reputable brand. The PSU you have right now is not reputable. This should solve your issue. Best of Luck. J

    bios wont load

    Not sure if this is a desktop or a Laptop, but the sure fire way to get to the bios is remove the bios better for 10 minutes and then put it back in. It will restore the default and should request you enter the bios to set the time.

    If you can afford the Intel, it is the best performer if money is an issue go with AMD. They both will do well. Its more of a who's best thing, but you will not notice a big performance difference IMO unless you bench mark them both.
