Why is the Phenom II 945/940 a tier lower than the Athlon II 640? Both are 3.0GHz at stock, and Phenom II's are faster than the equivalent Athlon II.

If that 7660 GPU is anything like the 6600 series in terms of performance, you've got one heck of a built in GPU. With the right price, these will be spectacular for budget builds.

The ZOTAC brand GPU and Zalman PSU kill this rig for me. Is it really hard to ask for an Evga, MSI or Asus VGA and a Corsair or Seasonic (heck, even XFX) Power supply? Also, for gaming the I7 2600K would be a lot cheaper and outperform that processor, if I'm not mistaken.
