Thanks for the reply! I'll more than likely drop down to that Mobo as well as a lower wattage PSU, easy way to save $40 on the build. As far as the RAM goes, the one I listed was just at $49.99 yesterday, with a $10 savings, but I guess it expired, so I'll just go with 1.5V, like you suggested...
