If they are on the metal part of the CPU headspreader then it shouldn't be a problem it's technically a shield for your CPU , as long as it is working and no pins bent your good to go!!! (And temps are fine)

Hi, I just took my new RMA gtx 780 out of the box and its the reference with the big metal cooler. I shocked the cooler (the front side not the back) , card works but does that cause damage or do you have to directly discharge it on the back pcb??? PLEASE HELP

to answer both of you, if i switch from 1080p to 1024x768 there is not really any fps gain its about the same at 1080p and my res scale is at 100 percent i am not using mantle because it causes some stuttering issues , and i dont know if im the only one with that
