I may just have to use speakers plugged directly into my pc or headphones into the pc, the static/buzz is only present with the audio plug going from pc to monitor.

The sound only exists with the dvi on 120 or 144. If I drop it down to 60 hz with an hdmi there is no buzzing.

Ok. Is it possible having an AMD card could be causing some sort of issue?

I have the latest drivers installed for amd as well.
