Looks like a solid build for the price. The power supply is an entry level one, but EVGA is reputable and the rviews on that unit are great, so I think you're fine.

If your card is overclocked, that doesn't surprise me. My MSI 980Ti was running at 80 solid when overclocked. My SLI'd 980Ti's run 65/80 a piece without an overclock. These cards tend to run warm, but you're well within safe range.
