You could add an R9 270x as GPU

Search the dimensions of your chosen Case and GPU from their given specifications on the manufacturers website to see if they will fit . All the connectors you need will come with the PSU

the best you could get is : Cpu :A10-5800k - 130$ Mobo :MSI FM2-A75-E35 - 55$ RAM : Any 4x2 ram thats at 50 $ PSU : cx 430 or antec vp450 (choose the cheaper one in your local store) usually its for 40 $ HDD: you don't need one anymore Case : this is your personal preference but any 20 $ case...
