To anyone still confusing with this strange problem: REPLACE THAT INTEL 660P SSD.

In my case, most of BSOD are due to memory problem, high possibility for video card memory. I tried using "Silent" mode in Armoury Crate, the BSOD problem just gone, but this mode will disable CPU Thread 12~15, so I don't wanna use this mode. Then I find out there is a GPU boost in Manual...

This kind BSOD problem can occur very randomly. The time interval can be couple of hours or couple of days.

Same problem with same model but with R7 4800HS. After update the BIOS (version300), most of BSOD are about ram, can be seen it in windbg. And there is another problem though, gpu driver may go crazy or something, then notebook screen gone black, extend screen turn into green.
