Further note ... On Windows 10, I have turned off Windows Firewall but still cannot cannot browse to www.google.com or www.yahoo.com .

Further note ... Running ipconfig /all .. yields Sub-net mask : 255.255.255.0 Default Gateway : 192.168.11.1 DHCP Servers : 192.168.11.1 DNS Servers : 192.168.11.1 NETBIOS over Tcpip : Enabled

Further note ... the Firefox browser has been set to "No proxy" ... for Internet access.

On my home network, one computer, a Windows 10 notebook (upgraded from Windows 7 sometime back and working OK until now), both of the browsers (Edge and Firefox) cannot access www.google.com or www.yahoo.com . The error message from browsers are .. Edge ".. we can't reach this page" Firefox...
