    I tried to put a graphics card into my computer and after doing it the speakers/headphones have a static noise coming out of them even when sound is off. I have tried changing audio jacks and reinstalling audio drivers but the noise is still there.

    Gpu stuck at low speeds

    My Gtx 1050 TI's Gpu clock speed won't go above 645 mhz. It is stuck at this even though the max speed is 1354Mhz. My memory clock also wont go above 3504mhz while its max speed is 7010. https://gyazo.com/5446ef48d8ed2984db5ea39a87d771cb
