    Win xp home files & settings transfer wizard

    Trying to migrate to a new pc. Microsoft XPSP2 file and settings transfer wizard reopts unable to copy NTUSER.DAT and to copy it manually. When this is tried copy is prevented with "File is in use by another person or programme" How do I work around this one?
