Ok but just so confirm450W WOULD be enough power right..?

I was thinking of getting a 450W PSU to cut down of the power bill and keep my current 550W Corsair PSU somewhere around the house so that if I do upgrade my pc i can use it again and won’t have to buy another PSU. Would this work? Is 450W enough or is 500W a better idea?

Ones is an ssd in SATA 1 and the other is a Hdd in SATA 2

I was wondering how to combine local disk c and d into one. I’ve tried the most common method of opening disk management, deleting disk d and extending c but it won’t let me extend. Also I’m not concerned about losing data since there is nothing on my pc.

I need to wipe eveything from my pc including my OS. I was wondering if I could use Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to move a copy of my OS to a USB, wipe my pc then upload the OS back onto the pc. If I wipe the pc and try to put the OS back on will the pc regognize it or will I have to buy a new OS?
