The power supply is a 1000 watt generic off of Ebay. Limited funds.As far as CPU thermal margin, what is that? I will have to get AMD overdrive. Nothing is oc'd.

I have 2 GTX Titan Hydro copper on Sli in a GA 990 FX UD3 R5 motherboard and a FX 9370 Processor. My VRM/NB is overheating I believe. I start having stuttering and sound problems and at times the computer shuts down automatically. Any ideas? Motherboard can not handle all the wattage?

Okay, I mainly run MechWarrior online and a few other fps games, but MWO is probably the most demanding. I have already purchased the gpu's. I could probably return them or trade them for the 970.

I am guessing bottlenecking? on what end though, the cpu or gpu?

I have a GA-970A-DS3P motherboard with AMD FX 8320 CPU. Can I stick 2 Gigabyte GTX 950 GPU's in it, and what kind of performance can I expect? Also can I bridge the graphics cards to use on 1 monitor?
