Question Yellow Dram light no post Asus Prime Z390-A

Hello All. Working on new build i was able to install windows with one ram stick installed but whenever I add more than one the computer will not past post and boot into Windows i7-8700k 3.2GHz GTX 1060 Patriot Viper 8GB DDR4 3000MGz (x4) ASUS Prime Z390-A

I opened up my build, popped these bad boys in (G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-17000CL11D-8GBSR) and my computer wouldn't even show the bios? I'm almost 100% sure these are compatible. MY BUILD MSI Z77A-GD65 Gaming LGA 1155...
