    I tried another game offline and had the same issue. The video output to the monitor is extremely choppy and laggy.

    This is my first build, hooked everything up and everything runs perfectly. But then i tried playing arma 3 and i cant get above 3 fps. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have no clue what to do. i7 4790k msi gaming 7 gtx 980 G1 evga 850 g2 rog swift
