I ran into some trouble. I went into my router settings, and tinkered around. eventually, none of my computers worked. called up my isp, and he said my router was broken. Bought a new one. All the other devices work now, but my PC still cannot connect wirelessly. Any suggestions?

sorry for the late response. i get many error messages, i took screenshots of 3. 1) In the task bar, lower right hand corner of screen: the wifi bars have a yellow dot over them. I right click and pick "open network and sharing center." here is the screenshot of the error message i see...

Sorry to bother you again - but I still can't get the wireless router to work. I changed the password, and reset the router. I re-enabled the wireless network connection, but my computer can't connect. any suggestions?

yes! managed to get on the internet using the cable. my router is Dlink Dir-615 went on router page, but admin / admin does not work for username / password.

thanks for all your help: 1) tested computer on another wifi - did not work 2) went on router admin page. (192.168.0.1). "admin" did not work for log in and password. It might be because I live in China...? 3) here is the screenshot when i go on my PC, and in command line type "ipconfig"...

ok i will - 2 questions first though: 1) should i take this computer to a cafe or another wifi place, to see if m computer can connect to the internet at all? 2) in case i need to, how do i get to my router settings? i don't think i can do it from my PC, but can do it from my mac.
