i have an ATI Radeon 9800XT and the bearings on the fan are going out, its spinning very slow and sometimes not at all. i've tried to contact ATI but it's a pain in the ass. i got a rma number but nothing makes sense, i've tried to email them and got no respone and i can't find a phone number...
