I just figured out how to get 75hz. On your desktop right click and select display settings. scroll down and select advanced display settings than display adapter properties. Moniter tab and select 75 hz refresh rate. Good Luck

Access settings from the moniter. select image and scroll all the way down until you see freesync. Enable it. I can't seem to figure out how to get 75 hz on mine. In device manager it shows as generic pnp moniter and not VG245H
