Do you plan on getting a CPU cooler?

I would actually spend a little bit more for a MSI Z87-G45 Motherboard and an Intel i5 4670K Whats your cooling and your case going to be?

I do like the Noctua NH D14, but I want a cooler that has PWM fans. Yes I can max out ll my games with gaming mode on the GTX 760 right now (sorry, didn't come to mind when typing it up).

It's not necessarily about what you need in hardware wise, it's what your going to be doing. If your going to be gaming with a single GPU I suggest a MSI GTX 770 Twin Frozer and a Corsair RM Series 650watt Power Supply unit.

Not necessarily. I just think its the wrong choice of voltage for a power supply. Due to the fact that its running at that RPM I can safely assume the PSU is probably running at a very high load constantly. You should of gotten a higher watt PSU. I highly suggest the Corsair RM Series PSU...

Why I suggest this power supply over your build that you did is because of the Modular cables. The flat cables make it easy to do cable management vs the usual grouped cables. Besides the usual benifit of just "Use what you need, not what you don't", the power supply also has zero RPMS up to 30%...
