Question wifi shows cross X mark on ssid name

Hello, on a SSID name when I try to connect to wifi it shows X on wifi symbol and says could not connect. Please help Updated drivers and flashed bios and reinstalled windows. and also other laptops able to connect, only this particular laptop unable to connect
