to anyone having similar issues i resolved this by reinstalling the last bios update. my version had become corrupted somehow but since reinstalling it i have had no issues

i have just put the ram voltage up by 0.05, it hasnt crashed yet but i ran memtest86 and it is still coming up with errors. do you know how much i can put the voltage up by before it starts doing damage?
you should be safe. if you did a complete factory reset then the hard drive will be completely wiped with nothing left on it besides maybe the operating system. it defiently wont have any passwords or accounts saved on it still
