rivatuner says the game is only using like 65 -70ish percent of my gpu yet my cpu usage doesnt go under 90 percent. Anyway idea on what's wrong? I'm getting good performance bu ti know i can do better

Thing is, Im new at this so I'm not sure on what's connected properly or not and what goes where..

Its just black. No sound either. ....my integrated graphics aren't working either. Its not the gpu because I went back to my old 6870 and nothing showed up either. This sucks. It was working earlier. One of the problems with pc gaming .. you so much as look at your hardware wrong and boom...
