Able to actually download AVG now after safe mode full scan and restart. no more "0 secs remaining" crap. THIS IS SO WEIRD.

I was just able to run a full scan with MSE in safe mode. It turned up no threats. Is that odd? Ill try another full scan and see what happens now in normal mode. Ill try that next, Aldan.

How about taking advantage of my free Windows 10 install at this point?

Now Avast doesnt even download in general..., AVG stays at "0 secs left".....

For some reason, the download of another AV program stays at "0 secs left" and doesnt actually finish so I can open it and install. WTF.....
