    Sorry for the late response. When I was checking my settings, I realized that I was running on borderless instead of fullscreen. This has fixed the issue. Performance still isnt great, but its far better than before. Thanks for your help!

    Sorry, forgot to mention that the game was running at the lowest settings at 1080 p. The weird thing is that it runs many other games at medium-high settings at 60fps, such as the Division. Thanks for the reply and I'll try the fixes that you suggested.

    I am using a Dell insipron i5 7000 Gaming laptop, and running GWR I am getting about 40 fps. It has a GTX 1060 Max Q 6GB, an i7 7700HQ, and 16 GB of RAM. I have set the game to use the discreet GPU yet it is still saying that my GPU is at 0%
