UPDATE: it crashed again after going through the whole reset process, right after i set up keyboard languages and privacy settings and it says hi and still setting things up for you it went to black screen, so this is a hardware crash right? and if so how do i tell what is failing?

UPDATE: was able to boot it up again for some reason normally and now im doing a complete reset and clean of all drives, il post again if its not fixed
