    Cpu clock down spikes

    well i monitor my cpu through msi and i notice my cpu downspikes from 4500mhz to 800 and often I have not over clocked ethier and im starting to think its the heatsink or motherboard ethier way its becoming slow for no reason i have an i7700k 4.2ghz
