    Can't access my western digital

    Hi everyone, My western digital is a 2.0tb WD20EARS. I bought a 3rd party external HD case which is a generic rosewill case. i have only used the esata cord to access the drive and never the usb. When I finally tried the usb cable for the first time I can no longer access it let alone see it...

    Hi there and thank you for any and all replys I dug up my old Dell and opened it to find it had no memory installed or HD. Ibought and installed new 4gb of RAM and a 1tb SATA HD. BIOS is configured properly and bios reads both the ram and HD when I put in the windows XP CD and I press enter...

    Hi there im running xp and i got office 2000 installed whenever i open office 2000 i get a document that opens every time instead of a blank page. how do i get it back to starting up with a blank page instead of this haunting document? thanks for the replys
