Ok I'll try to clear some of the stuff from my ssd. Hopefully it can increase my pc's performance. CAuse for some reason it's gotten worse, I have so much lagging now. I did a test with userbenchmark again and now even at the staart of the test the fps drops to 1. Thank you for your reply!

Enabled XMP still for some reason while testing with Userbenchmark fps drops to 14 during cpu test :( drivers are also all up to date. Are the only things left to do are memtest and bios reset or just a clean boot? This is the last benchmark after enabling XMP...
