Both laptops use the Spectrum modem and wifi account. They both have CISCO VPN installed from our companies. There isn't anything for me to change on CISCO VPN and I don't have access to update my computer systems.

This happens throughout the day sporadically, but can happen many times. The other laptop that connects via VPN never drops. It isn't a new thing, but definitely began when Spectrum give me the new modem. Maybe I should have them change it and that would help. It is very frustrating...
