I have a Lenovo Yoga 2 11 laptop. It's evil. I know nothing about computers. All I know is...that the other day my computer froze so I just pushed the power button. BAD IDEA I guess. Hours of Lenovo diagnosing my pc....and my pc says that it needs to be reset. So I clicked the reset this PC...
