Try thermal pasting ur cpu again. check the fan's and heatsinks are clean. I would suggest u to switch to a AIO cooler. -

Question Seeking for advice for dual processors
Hi everyone, will need a little guidance on dual processors. I currently have a DL360p server and it comes with 1x Xeon E5-2609v2. Can i install another Xeon E5-2640v2 it? Thanks in advance for advising.
