Never mind, solved it. All i had to do was type "netsh winsock reset" (without brackets) and restart.

Update:Now the cursor also jumps at random times and random distances.

I updated the drivers and now it recognized the 4x speed in nero.But after i insert the cd, the lowest speed becomes 8x.So it might be the cd with the problem, right?
