    Ok I opened the case and removed the heatsink, it looks like the thermal paste is used, it went all arround the center and it is grey. How often I need to replace the thermal paste and what thermal paste do you recommend for this CPU?

    I must add that all this started back ago when I updated the BIOS with Live Update 5 (I know wrong thing to do) and then it asked me to load the default setup. Is there a way to get the correct setup for this CPU? or rollback to a previous BIOS version? :??:
