btw, when I used my old ram it boot normally. So does that mean that the new ram is actually dead or it might be solve with just bios reset? Sorry for that stupid question, I just don't know about it.

Sorry I'm new to this. I bought a ddr4 16gb(x2 8gb) ram 3200mhz I install it on my computer and it works normal until I tried to enable the xmp which has 3200mhz, I mistakenly changed the speed to 2666mhz while the profile indicated 3200mhz. Since then after booting it shut down and didn't boot...
