I have to replace my asus z370-a prime motherboard so I was thinking of getting the asus z390-a prime just because will my ssd with my windows work on it since its the same company and prime line?

Both msi afterburner and hwmonitor have the same usage so I guess task manager is wrong. Another question regarding cpu usage. I notice in games when loading into a map or any loading screen for that matter the the cpu is pinned at 100 percent then drops down once in game is that normal?

GPU is an rtx 2080ti also at 100 percent usage. Ram is 16gb 3200 g skillz and psu is corsair rm1000x. The i7 8700k is at 4.7 on all cores with 1.28 voltage however even when I go to all stock settings in bios the i7 8700k is still at 100 percent usage in battlefield 5.
