Hi Christopher, The only difference between the 2 is the color. The Stryker is white and the Trooper is black.

If you are thinking on modifying your side panel you could also buy a Sniper Mesh side panel and cut the mesh out yourself. That way you have the form of the window you like. Not sure where you live, but we have them on our CM Stores...
