    Even playing something like Agario, it stutters. I monitored GPU usage with MSI Afterburner, and the graph goes up and down constantly. This is the graph: http://gyazo.com/909b22884fffbff48665da394b2c280a the flat line at the end if after I stopped playing.

    Also, I believe there is a newer bios update for me, but whenever I try to install it, it says that I need Intel device manager drivers for "ME" update but I'm on an AMD system so when I try to get those it says that my system doesnt meet the requirements.
