    Hello. I am looking to build a server PC with an Intel i5 6600K CPU and an Gigabyte GA-B150M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard. On PCPartPicker, It says the memory type is DDR4-2133MHz. Does that mean my 3000MHz will be limited to 2133MHz?

    Test the power supply then tell us the wattage. If it is normal then I recommended replacing the motherboard and all the cables connected to the HDD.

    I have found out the issue. It seems your HDD is having error communications with your motherboard. This is either caused by a motherboard failure, loose connection or bad wire.

    I agree with jitpublisher. Check your output voltage of the power supply.
