I have a WD My Book 3 TB and the back up doesn't seem to work when I plug it in.... I haven't done one in a long time and instantly it said it was backed up which I highly doubt... I have also verified the under the WD SmartWare.swstor folder in user and none of my new stuff since last backed up...
